Next Horizon Children's Home is a specialist therapeutic residential home based in Tilbury, Essex. We provide structured, safe and nurturing residential care for children and young people aged 8–17 who require specialist emotional and therapeutic support.

We understand that many young people entering our care have experienced significant trauma, instability, neglect or disrupted relationships. Our therapeutic approach is designed to meet them where they are — with patience, compassion and clinical expertise.
